14 members of USA Boxing’s Elite High Performance Team and Squad arrived to Sheffield, England over the weekend to begin their two-week training camp alongside teams from Czech Republic, France and Great Britain to continue their preparations for this October’s Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile.

USA Boxing Head Coach Billy Walsh (Colorado Springs, Colo.) will lead the team throughout the camp, alongside National Resident Coach Timothy Nolan (Rochester, N.Y.), as well as assistant coaches Christine Lopez (Rowlett, Texas) and Pete Rojas (Grand Prairie, Texas).
Additional USA Boxing staff include National Teams Athletic Trainer Maddie Kalke (Colorado Springs, Colo.), National Teams Dietitian Taylor Maggio (Colorado Springs, Colo.), High Performance Assistant Director – Sports Performance Jose Polanco (Colorado Springs, Colo.), and High Performance Assistant Director – Operations Derrick Raedel (Colorado Springs, Colo.)
The team will take part in the training camp until returning on Sept. 9 and have one week back home before returning to Colorado Springs for their final training camp before heading to Santiago.
